Need help coping with stress and anxiety? Interested in learning meditation techniques but have little or no experience? Then this package is for you. Learn tools to establish an at-home mindfulness meditation practice and use mindfulness in everyday tasks. Students have access to audio files & additional resources to assist them in their practice.
Package includes:
4 classes: 1, 90 minute discovery session + 3, 1-hr classes
(1) 90-minute discovery session - establish strategies & goals to achieve your unique mindfulness path
At-home resources provided: how-to practice instructions, guided meditation videos and additional resources
Unlimited email/text support (*48 hour response time)
(3) 60-minute sessions that incorporate mindfulness meditation & tools and guidance to achieve your goals
Additional resources provided for at home practices
